I am writing on behalf of Arts-Exchange Events, as there Touring No1 Technician and Deputy Tour Manager. I am very pleased to say that Ray has provided and given a fantastic and 100% reliable service throughout the time we have had him with us. He was always working way beyond his responsibilities and has always been willing to help out in any situation. He has also made it very easy for us to leave him to organise his journeys, and if we needed anything he would always go out of his way to find out any information we needed and would always keep us in touch. His coach was always very clean and tidy and was a pleasure to be driven to the places by him.
Ray has been a pleasure to work with and even though he has only been with us a short time he has made a lasting impression on the company and we would happily have him back to come tour with us again.

On the weekend of the 6th and 7th October I travelled as a group of 4 people on an organised Omega trip to Buckingham Palace, which included a stop over visit to Windsor and overnight stay at a hotel. On behalf of our group I am writing to you to give feedback regarding the coach driver, Cristian.

Cristian is an exemply person. From the outset of picking my group of people up in Street he was polite and respectful, and this continued all weekend to all people on the coach. He also had a great sense of humour which added to our enjoyable weekend. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him, I know at one point my friend asked him what she should do with some rubbish she had in her hand, and he said "no problem, I will take it". How many people would do that! His driving was also an example to us all, his timing was good, (arriving at each destination in good time) and the coach was always clean and tidy (and a very comfortable coach)

Cristian is an excellent ambassador of your coach company, and if at any time in the future I am put to travel with Blue Iris Coaches I know I shall look forward to it with pleasure.

As your coaches were contracted to Omega for trips I shall be writing to let them know of this excellent service.

We had a fantastic trip to Holland but all credit and dues to Howard who was exceptionally accomodating, professional and helpful. He really is a star coach driver and we all love him! I will always recommend your company. I don't think I've ever had anyone who is unfriendly from Blue Iris but Howard really does go the extra mile - considering he had a bunch of school kids on his corridor with us he really kept his sense of humour too!.

I am writing to thank you for supplying a coach on the 9th August for the ladies tuesday club in Cheddar. It was a very comfortable coach and very clean. I would not have minded going to Scotland. Many thanks to the driver for making the journey very relaxing.
